Kennebec Principal Consultants are responsible for leading PPM client engagements. You will report either to a Partner, or directly to the Managing Director.

In this role you will manage a multi-disciplinary team of senior and technical consultants who will design, develop, and implement project portfolio management governance solutions. The ideal candidate should have:

• Significant experience in project portfolio management or PMO gained in either consulting or industry


• Exceptional client relationship skills


• Demonstrated expertise implementing or administering Microsoft's EPM solution (MCP certification with an EPM specialization is required)


• Project Management expertise (PMP certified or equivalent)


• Advanced degree (Masters equivalent or above)


• A desire to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment

This role is based in London with frequent travel throughout Europe and beyond.

Kennebec Senior Consultants are an integral part of Kennebec client engagement teams, supporting the Principal Consultant.

You will work either out of our offices or on a client site, and will be interacting with middle and senior managers within client organizations. Your primary role will include analyzing processes, and organizational effectiveness, identitying problems, developing potential solutions, and providing recommendations based on your review of the problem. The ideal candidate should have:

• Proven / solid experience in a consulting organization or other project-based role


• Business requirements-gathering, software implementation, change management, and project and portfolio management experience


• Experience with Microsoft Office Project Portfolio Server (MCP certification with an EPM specialization would be a plus)


• Project management experience (PMP certified or equivalent)


• Undergraduate degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering or related field


• A desire to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment

This role is based in London with frequent travel throughout Europe and beyond.

Kennebec Senior Technical Architects are an integral part of client engagement and business development teams, supporting the Principal Consultant and Senior Consultants.

You will be responsible for all the technical elements of a Microsoft EPM solution implementation (MOPPS, MOPS and MOSS), and will need to be able to customize the solutions, including developing reports and integrating/interfacing with third-party systems (financial, ERP, etc.), when the needs arise. The ideal candidate should have:

• Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist certifications for the major technologies that form the EPM solution


• Significant experience configuring and customizing Microsoft Project Portfolio Server and Project Server


• Significant experience configuring and customizing Microsoft Sharepoint


• Some experience with MS SQL Server, including Reporting Services and Analysis Services


• Development background, particularly in the Microsoft .NET Framework, would be a plus


• A desire to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
